The above prices are expressed in Euros per day and per villa regardless the visitors' number (until the maximum visitor capacity of each villa). Each villa is rented with the bank deposit of 50% of the total rent fee, 25% of the fee prior to the visitor arrival and the rest 25% after the visitor's arrival. The minimum rent time for all rental periods is three days (two nights). The above prices include all the facilities and services provided and the villas' cleaning services on a two times per week basis.
